I started off my preparing for exam in December , thinking I would book my exam after finishing my study ,but kept postponing my study . That was my biggest mistake.

Later in January I have booked my exam that’s when I have actually started studying seriously. Below are good resources for preparation 1.Udemy — Acloud Guru course 2. Linux academy 3. Whiz labs . Udemy AWS certification course by Ryan Kroonenburg, Faye Elliswhich has 14 hrs lecture ,gave me good start to understand different services in aws . I finished my course in 2 weeks and gave practice test , I could get only 60% which is not good enough to pass the exam. While giving practice test I have realized that I haven’t paid enough attention to some of the key points for passing the exam .Later I started with Linux academy ,It was comprehensive 58 hours of lecturer and labs ,which I have missed in udemy . Both courses are great ,here I am am not trying to compare which one is better ,but together they were very helpful to understand the concepts very well. Finally, whiz labs I bought course for 13$ just 3 days before my certification exam . It have 7 practice tests , which gave very good confidence in answering product/service related question in exam. Linux academy and Udemy practice tests majorly helped answering scenario based questions.

So finally on my test day , I got most of the questions on below topics

  1. Cloudfront
  2. Redis
  3. Dynamo db
  4. Route 53
  5. VPC peering ,gateway
  6. Routing tables,NACL
  7. Very few questions on s3

Out of 65 questions around 15–20 were multi select answers .

Below are the links for udemy, whiz labs and Linux academy

Finally, I could able to clear my exam with flying colors :) .
